Call for Vendors


Since 1987, garden enthusiasts have eagerly awaited the Douglas County Master Gardeners’ annual plant sale.  Attendance is over 1,850 buyers.  There are over 15,000 plants for sale, and hundreds of garden-related products.  This is the largest garden-only show between Salem and Medford.

We are seeking the following types of vendors:

The cost of a 10' x 10' vendor booth is $70. Master Gardeners receive a 10% discount, $63.  Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations receive a 50% discount, $35, for the first booth, with additional booths at the regular vendor rate.

We currently offer a generous 20% discount to Early Birds who sign up and pay by February 1, 2025.  That's $56 for vendors, $50.40 for Master Gardeners and $28 for nonprofits.

Tables ($15) and chairs ($3) are available for rent as a convenience to vendors.  Access to electricity is available for $5.

We hold a raffle at the Plant & Garden Expo, which is an important fundraiser for the Master Gardener program.  We rely on donations from vendors for the raffle: one or more of your products, a gift basket, a gift certificate.  Documentation of your tax-deductible donation will be provided.  Please support us!

Review the Vendor Setup information to prepare for the Expo.  If you are a new vendor, send pictures of your products to dcmgexpo@gmail.com when you submit your application.

Approved vendors will receive an email from Square with an invoice to be paid on-line via credit, debit or bank transfer.  Payment is due upon receipt.  Booth reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been received.  There is no refund for cancellation after April 1, 2025.  The Square processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
